How to Enroll a Student
Step 1
Turn in the "Student Application Form" and pay the $25 registration fee to reserve a seat for your student.
*Remember: seating is assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis, and our seating is limited. (This may be done at the school or online here.)
Step 2
Complete and turn in the rest of the enrollment paperwork to the school. Paperwork includes, but is not limited to:
Student Record Release Form
Medical Information Form
Financial Agreement Form
Pick-Up Authorization Form
Copy of Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Step 3
Attend the parent orientation where you will go through the Student Handbook and complete a parent orientation PACE. The next available parent orientation will be held on September 13th, 2012 at 7:00 pm.
Step 4
Make an appointment to com-plete student diagnostic testing at the school. There is a $25 charge for the diagnostic testing.
